Terms & Conditions

• All balances must be paid before arrival by debit card or BACS.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Online booking is available for non-storage customers.

• On arrival, pitch centrally on your numbered pitch. No sign-in required.

• During Bank Holidays, pitch numbers will be allocated and displayed at the site entrance.

Cancellations

• For storage customers, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance or the full stay will be charged.

• Early departures will still be charged for all booked nights.

Site Information

• Height restriction barrier operates from 8pm to 8am.

• Office and compound access are closed on Sundays.

• No departure time limit on your final day, except the first day of a Bank Holiday.

• Bank Holidays require a minimum 3-night stay, with increased rates for Fri–Mon, including Christmas and New Year.

Towing Charges

• £9 each way for stays of 2 nights or more.

• £13 one way for collection from grass or positioning ready for collection.

Rules & Safety

• Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads and cleaned up after.

• Barbecues are permitted if raised off the grass.

• Children must be supervised at all times as this is a working farm.

• Any disruptive behaviour will result in immediate departure.

• Please respect other guests and keep noise low after dusk.

• Electric vehicle charging is not permitted anywhere on site.
